COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS 

This is how MEMENTO handles the COVID-19 pandemic to protect out esteemed guests.

COVID-19 Prevention Measures for Hotels:

  1. Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitizing: Frequent and thorough cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, elevators, and common restrooms with EPA-approved disinfectants.

  2. Guestroom Disinfection: Guest rooms should be thoroughly disinfected between guests and deep cleaned after extended stays.

  3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Staff: Providing staff with appropriate PPE such as face masks, gloves, and face shields.

  4. Physical Distancing: Encouraging physical distancing with floor markers, signage, and rearrangement of furniture in public areas such as lobbies and restaurants.

  5. Contactless Transactions: Encouraging guests to use contactless payment options to minimize contact with surfaces and personnel.

  6. Employee Training and Education: Providing training to employees on proper sanitation procedures and COVID-19 prevention measures.

COVID-19 Restrictions:

  1. Social distancing measures: Maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet (2 meters) from others in public places.

  2. Wearing masks or face coverings: This is required in public places, including hotels.

  3. Hand hygiene: Frequent hand washing or sanitizing with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

  4. Limited gathering sizes: This varies by location but generally includes limits on the number of people who can gather in one place.

  5. Travel restrictions: Some locations may have restrictions on travel to and from certain areas or require proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results.

  6. Contact tracing: This involves tracking individuals who have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case and notifying them of potential exposure
